RUCHI MISHRA, Lifestyle Yogalogist, Ruchi Yoga

Hailing from the Kanpur(U.P.) , Ruchi mishra is a yogalogist and a founder of Ruchi Yoga, who works to facilitates progressive yogic wisdom through dynamic asanas, spranayamas, lectures and reflective actions.

                                                 

After studying bachelor’s degree in ATRS, She diverted her career towards yoga. Born on 6^TH SEPTEMBER 1981 , specialized in Human Consciousness and yogic sciences with a M.A degree.  Adding to the masters’ degree, She has also done specialization in yoga therapy, naturopathy, acupressure, Pranik heeling to name a few.

The pleasant aura that surrounds her is the evidence to years of practice devoted to understanding physiology and psychology of the human body. Her knowledge of the human structure gives her an edge while teaching yoga asana. Ruchi’s yoga transforms the way you look at life, making you more positive, healthy and empowered.

She have been teaching fitness, Health and life skills through yoga, support learning and responsible behavior , improve focus, flexibility ,coordination ,strength and balance, develop awareness , self –management ,healthy life skills and responsibility.

Her experience includes working with Bharat Thakur as Yoga instructor.  She has also worked as a Yoga Therapist in a Camp organized by Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar where she has successfully treated patients suffering from Arthritis, Diabetes, Obesity, Asthma, Constipation, Colitis, Hypertension, etc. She also worked in NIRVANA Luxury day spa in Ludhiana and Suol Vacation Hotels and spa in Goa as yoga instructor.

               

  

She specializes in Nadi Shodhan Pranayama, Bhramari Pranayama & Yoganidra on Aggression & Achievement motivation of children.
